Bombers Blue Swivel Pelham Polo

The Bombers Blue Pelham Polo is a unique bit, which produces amazing results for the majority of horses.

Ported for tongue relief and very light, can be made with your choice of cheek piece.

The Pelham has attachments for two reins, one near the mouthpiece and one at the end of the shank. These reins have similar action to the curb and bradoon reins in the double bridle.

In the Bomber Blue Swivel the mouth piece is not fixed, so that the horse can decide where the mouth piece is most comfortable in its mouth. The port allows for tongue relief and the swivelling action reduces tongue pressure to a minimum. The material used allows the bit to remain light and it encourages salivation. It is particularly well-suited to horses that object to metal mouth pieces.

Available in 125mm with either 55mm shanks or 75mm shanks.
